Snow could finally be falling in Teddington this weekend.

A yellow weather warning for snow is in place across much of Southern England.

Snowy scenes have been seen across the North of England.

Here is what a yellow weather warning means:

- Possible delays or cancellations to rail and air travel

- Possible travel delays on roads stranding some vehicles and passengers

- Some rural communities could become cut off

- Power cuts may occur and other services, such as mobile phone coverage, may be affected

If we do get snow in this area it will fall in the early hours of Saturday morning.
