Shambles restaurant and winebar on Teddington High Street is opening up for one weekend to help local residents celebrate Valentine's Day in style.

Shambles offers traditional Italian cooking with the occasional twist. It is teamed by a brother and sister duo with a shared passion for food and wine.

The restaurant prides itself on high quality ingredients, with fresh seasonal produce from Britain, Italy and sometimes its own garden.

So, taking these ingredients away to cook at home will be an unmissable opportunity for Teddington foodies on the most romantic day of the year!

The restaurant is offering a delectable 3 course menu with chocolate truffles. You also have the option to order just their main course for a discounted price.

Starting with the slightly cheaper option, you can choose a one-course meal of Paccheri all'aragosta, their mouth-watering lobster dish (£55 for two servings).

The restaurant is aiming to take all the work out of Valentine's Day cooking for their customers by preparing everything beforehand, so that all they need to do is 'cook the pasta, heat up the sauce and most importantly, be romantic!'

This meal includes 500g of tubular pasta (paccheri), 2 portions of lobster sauce (tomato with a touch of chilli), 1 tub of freshly chopped parsley and, of course, fresh lobster.

You can also get more for your money with their 3 course set menu for 2 people, priced at £85. At just £15 more per head, you can eat a burrata cheese starter, panna cotta dessert and some handmade chocolate truffles. Check out the menu below:

Starter: Burrata cheese, blood orange, honey, lavender & fennel seed dressing

Main course: Tubular pasta, tomato, touch of chilli & fresh lobster

Dessert: Coconut panna cotta, vanilla & poached rhubarb
