Rubbish is becoming a real problem on Teddington High Street.

Most Fridays we usually see pictures on social media of rubbish left on the streets after bin collection.

Residents are certainly not happy with the situation.

Totally Local Teddington Tweeted: "Every week on bin collection day, residents flag this issue. EVERY SINGLE WEEK, without fail. What will it take @LBRUT @LBRuT_Help to get your contractors to do the job properly?"

EnginT added when asked what area of the high street had litter: "Almost anywhere on Teddington High street. Pretty much in front of every shop. Fallow deer, the dry cleaners and more."

Hopefully the council can get on top of this persistent problem.
