Richmond Rugby has joined forces with the 'The Dons Local Action Group - The charitable arm of AFC Wimbledon' in offering extensive support to the most vulnerable communities in South West London during the COVID-19 lockdown.

This fantastic initiative, launched by The Dons Local Action Group, will see Richmond Rugby Community Department working alongside more than 400 volunteers across the region in helping to ensure thousands of residents receive essential goods and support during the fight against Coronavirus.

Every Saturday, the Community Department will have a drop off point at the Richmond Athletic Ground from 12pm – 4pm, where you can donate food and second hand tech, which will collected by The Dons Local Action Group and then delivered to those most in need across South West London.

The food items required include: Non-perishables, tinned meat, tinned vegetables, tinned fruit, rice, pasta sauces and cereals.

You can also donate second hand tech items which will be donated to children across South West London and beyond.

These could include any old laptops or tablets that could be donated to help kids who cannot keep up with their learning or keep in touch with their friends.
