Upon hearing about the opening of Teddington's new beauty salon and laser clinic earlier this month, I could not wait to book in for a massage – especially as I had just completed a half marathon.

Innior Beauty, which is located inside Kirby's Pharmacy on Teddington's High Street, offers a wide variety of massages, facials, beauty treatments, and laser treatments, so a week after its official opening, I booked myself in for an hour-long full body massage with the excellent Kazia.

Kazia was super welcoming as I entered the pristine clinic and was keen to ensure she offered me the best service, asking where on the body I wanted her to focus on and if the room temperature was ok.

Innior Beauty has a few treatment rooms, and the massage room was extremely relaxing, showcasing a range of top-quality products and creating a calm ambience by playing typical massage treatment music softly.

Being in pain all over my body following my half marathon, Kazia ensured she covered every ich of my body without using too much pressure, which could have resulted in causing more pain.

Her soft hands along with the smooth texture of the lotion she used worked amazingly to send me into full relaxation mode and I felt a lot less tight after – Kazia, who is an expert masseuse, clearly knows what she is doing.

And her excellent service did not end with the massage as after I redressed myself and left the room, Kazia offered me a complimentary glass of water and a minute to sit down in the waiting area as I brought myself back down to earth.

It truly was a lovely experience; I left feeling lighter and ready to start exercising again. I would definitely recommend booking in a treatment at Innior Beauty.
