Police appeal to find missing 28-year-old man with links to Richmond

Met Police are appealing for help to trace a 28-year-old man, who has links to the Richmond area.

Liban is described as around 6ft 1in tall, of stocky build, with short dark curly hair and a beard. He also has a distinctive red tattoo on his neck.

Officers are urging anyone who may have seen Liban or who has information about his whereabouts to come forward.

If you can help, please call police on 101 quoting any relevant reference, or dial 999 in an emergency.
