A London Ambulance Service spokesperson said: "We were called at 8.21am today (20 April) to reports of an incident at a residential address in Atbara Road, Teddington.
"We sent an ambulance crew, a medic in a car, and an incident response officer. We also dispatched London's Air Ambulance.
"A person was treated at the scene and taken to a major trauma centre as a priority."
A spokesperson from London's Air Ambulance Charity said:
"Our advanced trauma team was dispatched via aircraft by London Ambulance Service at 8:44am on Tuesday 20th April to reports of a fall from height in the Teddington area.

Residents of roads surrounding Udney Park spotted an air ambulance landing on the playing fields this morning.
Keith Atkinson, who lives on Kingston Lane next to Udney Park, said: "Three doctors ran out of the helicopter but as Udney is now fenced they could only get out through a Kingston Lane garden that backed onto Udney.
"They then had to run down the road to a police car in Cromwell Road."
