Orderly queues laughed and joked as they patiently wait to enter and exit sun-drenched Bushy Park

By The Editor 5th Nov 2021

Long queues to get in and out of Bushy Park gathered at the Hampton Court Gate today in glorious summer-time temperatures of up 22 degrees.

Cyclists, joggers, walkers and buggy-pushers formed an orderly line with 2-metre gaps as just the ONE gate restricted the swift flow of arrivals and departures.

The police have warned against sunbathing and picnics in the parks during the period of lockdown but everyone was good-natured, friendly and courteous as they took in turns to enter and exit the park.
