Official confirmation of rejection of development plan for HSBC bank site, Teddington

This is the official council record (see image above) of the confirmation of the rejection of the development plan for the site of the HSBC bank in High Street, Teddington.

Teddington Nub News broke the story of the rejection at the time by 5 votes to 2 citing the 'mass and the scale' of the new proposed development which included eight residential dwellings and a new restaurant.

There were more than 70 letters of objection to the proposal from local residents, predominantly in the Cedar Road area.
