We're really sad to have had to close the club again but we're working really hard behind the scenes to make a number of improvements.

New Website

We have a new website which will be kept up to date with all the latest news and information from the club. Find it HERE

New Fitness Section

We were aiming to launch our new fitness section at the end of last year however with the lockdowns this has sadly not been possible. Our goal is to help everyone in the community enjoy an active lifestyle and we will be introducing a whole range of brand new classes to suit all ages and abilities. We can't wait to share with you what's in store and our full calendar will be launched as soon as we know when the club is able to re-open. In the meantime we've adapted our calendar to launch some online classes.

New Online Classes

Although we can't run our new classes at the club yet, we know that lots of people are looking for fitness options that they can do at home so we've set up a number of online sessions which will be starting from this Saturday (30 January).

There are online classes running 7 days a week offering choices of:

Yoga Online - 16 classes per week with 3 different instructors

Online Body Reset - 2 classes per week with Hannah

Online Fiit Workout - 4 classes per week with Nadine / Becks.

This is a great opportunity to try out some of our new classes / trainers. Just click HERE

to see the online class calendar

When booking, simply select the class (the online classes are the last 3 on the class list) and the level (category). You can make savings of 20 or 30% by booking batches of 5 or 10 classes in one order - to take advantage of this you have to go back to the classes to book more. You will see your bookings in the basket at the bottom left of the page.

Please allow us 1 working day to email you the zoom details before the class starts.

Other classes and trainers will be added when the club re-opens.

If you have any queries or would like us to put on different classes at different times please email us on [email protected] as we are keen to develop more online and live classes for the future.

The Treatment Room

David O'Neill (Physio) and Nargis Ahmad (Cranial Osteopath) are still able to offer their services at the club so please do contact them if you want to book in for a treatment / consulation.

David - 07755 197 3485

Nargis - 020 8943 1728

The Local Community

As a local club we are keen to support our local community...

Please help Save Park Lane Stables - they have been a key part of the Teddington community for many years providing much needed therapy and happiness to lots of local children and adults with and without disabilities.

They urgently need to raise £1M so that they can purchase their property and stay in Teddington. If you can donate any amount they would be very grateful (money will only be taken if they hit their target. This is the link to donate

Don't forget to buy your tickets to support NPL Sports Club in the Get Lucky Local Lottery. Tickets are just £1 each and every ticket purchased raises vital money for our club and other great causes in the local community. There is a draw every Saturday night when a 6 digit winning combination of numbers is announced and you could win up to £25,000!
