FILMING for a new TV drama called Treason will take place at locations in Teddington this Friday (18 February).
Teddington School, Trowlock Way and Broom Road Recreation Ground will be used by production crew during the filming day which starts at 7am and ends at 7.30pm.
Residents of nearby roads have received letters giving notice of the filming from the London-based company Remedy Pictures.
Filming will take place at Teddington School between 8 and 11am, then on Trowlock Way from 11 to 1pm, and finally on Broom Road Recreation Ground between 1 and 6pm.
The company have applied for a Traffic Control at Trowlock Way between 11 and 1pm so scenes can be filmed safely.
The letter to residents states that most vehicles used by the crew of 50 will be parked at Teddington School to minimise disruption.
Industry news website Deadline Hollywood revealed in December that a new TV Netflix series called Treason is in the works.
The series is written by Matt Charman and stars Daredevil's Charlie Cox, former Bond girl Olga Kurylenko and Oona Chaplin, known for her role on Game of Thrones.
A synopsis for the show reads: "The drama follows Adam Lawrence, trained and groomed by MI6, whose career seems set.
"But when the past catches up with him in the form of Kara, a Russian spy with whom he shares a complicated past, he is forced to question everything and everyone in his life.
"A triangular relationship forms between Kara, Adam and his wife, Maddy; three people who are trying to expose each other's secrets, navigate political and diplomatic relationships, whilst hanging onto their personal lives, and those they love most."
