The initial series of January weeknight closures were postponed due to an issue with a part that had to be returned to the manufacturer.

Richmond Council has now confirmed the dates for the rescheduled works required to de-jack the bridge and reinstate the steps.

These weeknight closures will take place on: 

• 27 to 31 January 
• 3 to 7 February 

The will be working overnight on weeknights to minimise disruption to commuters and schools. The bridges will be closed from 9pm to 6am on each of the weeknights above.
