A new restaurant, Fabio's, has officially opened its doors on Hampton Hill High Street.

The restaurant is housed in the former The Beech House.

Owner Fabio Santos said: "With high quality ingredients, authentic flavours and great hospitality, my team and I cannot wait to welcome you.

"It is a huge honour to be introducing Fabio's to Hampton Hill, and to be able to share all the dishes that remind me of home.

" I have spent over 20 years in the industry and every day I still love my job. I hope the people of Hampton Hill will be as proud of it as I am."

Santos was raised in Agueda a small village North of Lisbon, located in the Averio region.

One of the most colourful, yet understated destinations in Portugal. With diverse landscapes, this vibrant, artistic area is surrounded by great gastronomy.

Santos' restaurant in the heart of Hampton Hill, brings you dishes that have been inspired from both the Averio region as well as the vibrant city of Lisbon.

The menu will be seasonal, and the wines are inspired from the Douro Region of Portugal – which offers the best in wine production.

Dishes include SARDINHAS GRELHADAS, a delightful dish of grilled sardines with lemon, garlic, and parsley oil, and POLVO A LAGAREIRO, a popular dish of roasted octopus, red pepper, shallots, and crushed garlic potatoes.

All the restaurant's dishes are created by Santos and his team.

You can book your table now via the Fabio's website.
