Last Tuesday, 1 October ,Twickenham MP Munira Wilson visited the Sigma Sports shop in Hampton Wick to meet the CEO and get acquainted with the business and everything it does.

After meeting with Sigma Sports' CEO James McEuen, Munira Wilson MP was shown around the store by the friendly staff, learning everything there is to know about the bike shop.

Speaking about her visit, Munira Wilson MP told Teddington Nub News: "It's been fascinating to see this local business that is a world leader with a both a global and local clientele, including celebrities like Harrison Ford."

As part of her current campaign, Munira Wilson MP has been exploring grassroots sports across the borough and told us that she is particularly interested in promoting female fitness.

She said: "We are particularly lucky as a borough to have so many green spaces to play sports in, which is excellent for the council's campaign to get the borough fit."

The MP told Teddington Nub News that she enjoys playing football every year.

Speaking about the visit, McEuen said: "We were delighted to welcome Munira Wilson MP to our store that has been rooted in the local community since the late 1990s.

"A well-established hub for cyclists far and wide and with some 90 employees that live locally, it is exciting for all of us to be able to showcase our work."
