Morrisons Solicitors have always prided themselves on the way they lead and support their people.

The Solicitors have an office right here in Teddington and have a number of others across South West London and Surrey.

In 2017 Morrisons decided to engage with Investors in People (IIP) so they could measure up their performance against the best in the business.

That same year they were awarded the silver accreditation by IIP.

So now in 2020, following an in-depth review by IIP, Morrisons Solicitors are delighted to have made the significant step up to the gold standard accreditation.

Gold accreditation means that not only do the firm have the best policies in place but they are taken on board by every single member of staff.

Currently, only 7% of accredited organisations achieve Gold.

Paul Devoy, CEO of Investors in People, said: "We'd like to congratulate the Morrisons Group. Gold accreditation on We invest in people is a fantastic effort for any organisation, and places Morrisons in fine company with a host of organisations that understand the value of people."

Commenting on the award, Paul Harvey, Managing Partner, said: "I'm incredibly proud of what we've achieved, particularly during a pandemic. I want to thank everyone in the firm for their contributions and dedication, and the huge part they play in our success – this award isn't about recognising the leadership team, it's about each and every one of us.

"As we grow and develop as a firm, it's important we continue to take good care of our unique culture, our values and the well-being of our people"

Investors in People is the international standard for people management and lets organisations compare against each other on an international scale.
