Finally the national lockdown has come to an end.

Teddington and the whole of London now enter Tier Two restrictions - but what does this mean in terms of what can now open.

Well luckily we are on hand to let you know exactly what is open from right now!

Retail is back

A huge difference is that non-essential retail is back in business.

This means that all shops are now open!

Of course social distancing and mask-wearing are very much still in force but it is great to see the high street back buzzing again.

We will be on the high street later today to see how opening day is going.

Hospitality is back too!

Yes restaurants and cafes are back and you can once again sit in and have a meal.

This must be with a member of your bubble or household only however.

It's bit more complicated in pubs with just drinking alcohol no longer allowed.

You must have a substantial meal with you drink - although it is currently unclear what exactly constitutes a substantial meal.

Leisure and sport can return

Fans can now attend sports games once again.

Up to 2,000 fans or 50% capacity can now go to games.

The England match at Twickenham this weekend will be attended by 2,000 people.

Amateur sport can also resume now.

Plus leisure centres and swimming pools can now reopen.

So let's get out there and support our economy safely this Christmas.
