Teddington Ward Neighbourhood Policing team served a court-ordered Full Closure on a property at Tenters House on Little Queen Road in Teddington on Friday (4 July) following complaints from local residents about drug-dealing, anti-social behaviour (ASB) and criminality.

The police team said: "After gathering great local intelligence from our residents about drug dealing, ASB & criminality around Tenters House, Little Queens Road, Teddington, we have now served a court-ordered Full Closure Order on one of the properties there, which will deter criminals."

A full closure order on a property, often issued under the Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014, is a legal mechanism that allows authorities (police or local council) to prohibit access to a property for a specified period, typically up to three months, due to serious nuisance or disorder.

This order can prevent anyone, including the owner or residents, from entering the premises.
