Until tomorrow, Saturday 28 September, Habitats & Heritage is running an online Secret Art Auction to raise funds for their local nature and heritage conservation work.

Residents in the borough, including in Teddington, are invited to join the Secret Art Auction and purchase original artworks for a good cause.

Over 250 pieces of original A5 artworks donated by amazing and celebrated artists are now available online.

This year's artists include Royal Academicians, renowned artists, award-winning illustrators and photographers, emerging artists, and talented individuals.

All artworks will be signed on the back so the identity of the artists will only be revealed after purchase.

All proceeds raised will help support Habitats & Heritage's nature and heritage conservation work.

The Secret Art Auction ends at 10pm tomorrow.

Lucia Pekarova, Events Lead at Habitats & Heritage told Teddington Nub News: "This is our flagship fundraising event of the year, and we are delighted so many renowned as well as emerging artists kindly donate their works each year (including many fantastic local artists).

"The standard of artwork this year is very high and with so many different styles, everyone can find something they like. It's a lot of fun, trying to guess the artist, but equally it's very important for our core funding and we hope to make this year's Secret Art Auction our best one yet."

Richmond Council's Climate Action Microgrant programme awards grants every month to support community-driven initiatives around climate change and sustainability, such as this one.
