Luxury dog spa Perfect Pooches are looking for an experienced, dog-loving groomer to pamper their clients' cockapoos, collies and corgis.

The role pays £20,000-£25,000 per year and employees will be working on an 8-hour shift, with flexible working hours available.

Perfect Pooch say they differ from other groomers because of their no cage policy, allowing dogs to explore the salon before and after grooming sessions.

The job description states: "We therefore only recruit genuine dog loving groomers who have a passion for dogs and their well being."

Perfect Pooch is based at Stanley Road and has been going for 12 years.

The salon was set up by the owners of two cockapoos and offers a range of treatments, ranging from a £10 'pawdicure' to a £55 flea bath groom.
