VACANCY: TEDDINGTON WOMEN: DIRECTOR OF RUGBY

The Teddington Women's Team is recruiting for a new Director of Rugby

Teddington Women (also known as the Antlers) play at Championship (2) level – a highly competitive league which comprises of teams in and around London and the South-West.

Teddington Women were one of the first ever women's teams established in England and has a proud history in the game and we're looking for someone to sustain our legacy and take the programme forward into an exciting future.

We're looking for someone who can demonstrate a vision for our women's programme and help us to establish the team as consistent performers at Championship 2 level in the short term, with a longer-term plan to develop the team possibly at a higher level.

We also need someone who is realistic and has the skills to balance the development of players and driving standards to achieve results alongside creating a culture that is fun and welcoming to everyone.
