Showroom Consultant / Kitchen Designer

Location: Surbiton

Position: Full time

Salary: £20,000 - £25.000 plus bonus to start with, depending on experience.

The Role

As a Showroom Consultant, you will play a crucial part in creating a unique experience for our customers, by providing full guidance on our Kitchen/Worktop, Bedroom & Appliances ranges.

Deal with clients face to face and explain our product in details.

Dealing with different natures of enquiries professionally.

Answering phone calls and arranges appointments.

Taking and placing orders.

The role requires you to learn the 3 CAD, Compusoft design for kitchen and bedrooms, in order to support the customer's design specification, making suggestions as appropriate either in store or from home visits.Training will be given.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

To succeed in this role:

You will be an excellent customer sales and driven to maximize business's revenue.

You will be a highly self-motivated sales professional who possess' a proven track record in a retail environment.

You will be an excellent communicator with passion, enthusiasm and expertise in delivering customer satisfaction.

You will be computer literate with knowledge of word and excel.

Knowledge of CAD, Compusoft packages is beneficial but not essential as full training will be provided.

You will ensure accuracy of all kitchen plans and quotations.

You will manage your diary effectively, ensuring deadlines are met and customer plans are completed within the agreed time scales.

You will ensure Company Health & Safety, Security and Smoking policies are observed at all times.
