Community Nurse band 5 with Hounslow and Richmond Community Healthcare NHS Trust
This is a permanent role paid at £28,691 - £35,207 per annum, including 15% for High Cost Areas.
Candidates must be:
- A Registered General Nurse
- Committed to giving the highest standard of patient care- Compassionate towards patients and their families
- An excellent communicator with the ability to work in a team- Motivated toward personal development
- A full UK driving license holder with access to a car The successful candidate will work on a service which operates from 7am until 7pm across Hounslow and Richmond boroughs. They will work collaboratively with the Trust's integrated rapid response teams, community matrons and social service colleagues This is essential to ensure seamless care to the Trust's patient group.
