Gyms are finally allowed to reopen on July 25th.

However many are concerned about the safety of gyms and the spread of coronavirus.

Better Gym Teddington however have put in a number of measures to keep people safe when they reopen in two weeks time.

Before you arrive at the centre you have to book a time slot and customers are encouraged to get changed at home and arrive on time.

Around the gym there will be a one way system and sanitation stations placed around the centre.

Staff have also been given additional Covid safety training.

Members are also asked to wipe down machines and attend the gym by themselves.

There will be capped attendance at classes with no shared equipment and the possibility to go outside if weather permitting.
