It is the end of an era at Harlequins Rugby as Chris Robshaw is set to leave the club after 15 years.
Since signing for Quins Robshaw has made 297 club appearances, 66 for England and has captained both sides.
The 34-year-old will now leave the club as a legend having won Premiership Player of the Year twice.
Robshaw's last game at The Stoop has come in disappointing circumstances with Quins losing 23-32 to Wasps and of course no fans were in attendance.
Harlequins boss Paul Gustard said: "Chris' record speaks for itself. He's been outstanding and I'm personally gutted for him that he didn't win his final game at the Stoop."
Robshaw himself emotionally told BT Sport: "I'm sad I don't get to share this with the fans. It's all I've ever known, and all I've wanted to know."
Tributes pile in
Many rugby greats have paid tribute to Robshaw's time at Quins
Will Carling said: "So tonight Quins say goodbye to one of their most loyal and successful players, Chris Robshaw. Work ethic, loyalty, decency & resilience. He has been through some tough times, with dignity, but deserves to be remembered by England & Quins fans as one of the truly good guys."
Joe Marler said: "O Captain! my Captain! our fearful trip is done."
Dave Ward said: "I'm not an emotional guy but watching this bloke run out for the last time at the stoop gives me goosebumps. Serious player, serious friend, loyal to the end. Chris Robshaw I salute you!"
Robshaw departs as unquestionably a Harlequins legend and has signed a two year deal with Major League Rugby outfit, San Diego, out in California.
