Pupils at Hampton School celebrated today as nearly 75% of grades awarded were at 9-8, formerly A*s.

The all-boys independent school scored highly with 50 boys achieving a clean sweep of ten or more 9-8 grades, and 19 students awarded grade 9s across the board.

A spokesperson from Hampton School said: "These highly impressive outcomes reaffirm Hampton's place among the UK's most academically high-achieving schools, with well over half of the year group (61%) recording a clean sweep of 9-7 grades (formerly A*/A)."
