A leisure centre in Hampton has launched new courses.

Bookings are now open for Active Hampton's brand-new programme of six-week sports courses, beginning on Tuesday, 8 September.

Activities include walking football, badminton and pickleball.

Led by experienced coaches in a welcoming environment, Active Hampton says its courses will "help you stay active, try something new, build confidence and improve your technique".

It added: "If you are looking for regular daytime court or activity space, we have you covered. From September, daytime casual block bookings will also be available.

"Whether you are part of a social group, looking to book a badminton court regularly or planning activity sessions with friends or colleagues, block bookings are a great way to secure your preferred time slot."

You can book an activity through the Better website.

Active Hampton is a growing hub shaped by the people who live, work and spend time in the local area.
