It's the most wonderful time of the year - not quite yet, but that doesn't mean we can't start getting excited.

And what better way to slowly start easing into the Christmas spirit knowing the Hampton Court Palace ice rink will be returning over the festive season.

Located in front of the spectacular palace, the ice rink has become a star attraction in recent years and family and friends can look forward to gliding around the outdoor space from the 17th November.

With the rink opened daily from 10am - 8.34pm until the 8th January 2023, skating enthusiasts can enjoy a daytime skate followed by a visit to the palace, or soak in the ambience of an evening session under the stars when the historic palace is bathed in multi-coloured lights.

Visitors can expect plenty of delicious festive treats with the Ice Rink Café and Bar, which will be serving up hearty winter warming platters, indulgent sweet and savoury treats and a wide range of festive beverages.

Family bundles are on offer from £49.00, adult/teen tickets from £17.50 and child tickets from £13.00.

It is strongly recommended that visitors book in advance due to the high demand and arrive 15-30 minutes before their session.

For further information on ticket prices and transport recommendations, visit the Hampton Court Palace website here.

Happy skating!
