As we head into the weekend with new restrictions being imposed we could all do with something, eve something small, to lift our spirits.

Luckily Twickenham based photographer Ruth Wadey is on hand.

She had been in Bushy Park capturing some beautiful pictures as the seasons change to Autumn.
