Final concert in aid of Landmark Arts Centre takes place tonight

By Ellie Brown - Local Democracy Reporter 5th Nov 2021

The Teddington Society have had two very enjoyable online recitals from the 1901 Arts Club in aid of the Landmark Arts Centre.

We now have our third and final livestream recital, featuring pianist Simone Tavoni, tenor Alexander Jeffries and baritone John Holland-Avery, tonight at 6.30pm.

The Landmark, like so many other institutions, has struggled during the pandemic and we would like to do all we can to ensure it remains open to the community for many years to come.

The recital will be live-streamed on YouTube at 6:30pm on Wednesday May 12, 2021.

The programme includes Donizetti, Mozart, Bizet, Flotow, Debussy and Chopin, with the famous Pearl Fishers duet as excerpts from L'Elisir D'Amore and Don Giovanni.

The recital will last around one hour.

Tickets can be purchased HERE , use the code LANDMARK at checkout for a £5 discount ticket.

Please do purchase your tickets any time between now and before the start time at 6:30pm.

The YouTube link will be online for a month after the performances, so can be seen at your leisure after the performance today.
