Estate agent River Homes describes the 1,937 sq. ft. space as "a stunning floating office".

With a balcony and a cinematic spiral staircase, the commercial property is a rare feature on the market.

Split over two floors, the boat has "far reaching River views". It is still relatively close to Kingston town centre and Hampton Wick.

The brochure says: "On board there is plenty of natural light, a galley kitchen, sun deck which is ideal for entertaining."

The vessel is being sold with a lease of 67 years remaining.

Not only a floating space on the River, the mobile office comes with allocated parking for four cars in a secure car park. The brochure adds this is "an area where parking is at a premium".

The estate agents state there is also consent to moor another vessel alongside Endeavour II. This could provide a buyer with the option to moor a leisure or another commercial vessel "thus increasing rental income". However, this is subject to vessel approval from the leaseholder.

Connected to mains electricity, water and sewage, the Endeavour II also offers both male and female toilets.

The mooring is located 0.2 miles from Hampton Wick Train Station & 0.6 miles from Kingston Upon Thames Railway Station.
