Emergency works

Richmond Hill in Richmond currently has two-way temporary signals outside no.132 for UKPN utility works. The estimated completion date is Wednesday, 18 June. Contact: UKPN 0800 028 0709.

• Starting today (Monday, 16 June), Cedars Road in Hampton Wick will have multi-way temporary traffic signals outside no.4 for SGN utility works. The estimated completion date is next Monday, 23 June. Contact: SGN 01689 886 766.
• Compass Hill in Richmond will be closed at the junction with Petersham Road to the junction with Richmond Hill for Highway improvement works from tomorrow (Tuesday, 17 June) to Wednesday, 18 June. Contact: FM Conway 01732 600 771.

• London Road in Twickenham currently has multi way temporary signals (off-peak only) from Ivybridge Close to Cole Road for ongoing Highway improvement works. The completion date will be tomorrow (Tuesday, 17 June). Contact: FM Conway 01732 600 771.

There are also some advance warnings of roadworks coming up next month, including:

• From 01 July to 06 July,  there will be a banned right turn from Lower Sunbury Road onto Upper Sunbury Road in Hampton for Hampton Court Flower Show. High traffic volumes are also expected.
• On Upper Sunbury Road in Hampton, Thames Water treatment plant and barrier replacement works will take place from 7 July to October 2025. There will be a westbound directional closure of Upper Sunbury Road and a sign diversion will be in place for eastbound traffic.
