It is decision day for the whole of the country and Teddington today.

Every area of England will find out what tier of COVID restrictions they will be in from December 2nd.

The restrictions are expected to run until the end of March.

Local Authorities will be placed in Tier One, Two or Three.

Teddington, along with the 32 boroughs of London, will all be placed in the same tier.

Reports emerged last night that London will likely be placed back in Tier Two - but nothing is confirmed.

The Health Secretary, Matt Hancock, will give further details at 11:30.

You can find full details of the different rules in each tier HERE

The tiers will be reviewed again on December 16th - so could be changed before Christmas.

Crucially however between 23rd and 27th of December the tiers will be paused as the whole of the UK will follow the same rules.

Everyone will be permitted to form a bubble comprising of three households.
