Darren Bingham is wanted for failure to appear offences, Richmond Police have said.

In a statement on social media site X (formerly known as Twitter) Richmond Police said: "Darren Bingham, born 04.02.1980, is wanted for failure to appear offences.

"If seen or if you have any info on his whereabouts, please call 101 and quote ref 4195/07FEB24."

Bingham was previously arrested for breaching his Community Protection Notice, which followed his arrest in December for four offences of fraud by false representation.

At the time of the December arrest he was served with a Community Protection Notice, with numerous conditions;

- Not to enter the London Borough of Richmond except for certain agreed appointments

- Not to knock on any door or enter any part of any residential premises not known to him within the Metropolitan District

The police statement also said: "There are numerous other conditions in relation to begging and associated behaviours.

"A criminal behaviour order is currently being applied for to mitigate the behaviour that has affected local residents."
