A 'dangerous' tree in a Teddington Park is set to be felled and replaced.

Richmond Council has approved planning permission for an Indian Bean tree located in Langdon Park to be felled and replaced with two new Indian Bean trees.

A planning application document said: "The tree has forked at approximately 300cm above ground level, which is where the tree has split. The additional decay and fungal fruiting bodies are affecting the base of the tree."
