Bank on the Beavers

Help feed our Foodbanks - appeal from Hampton and Richmond Borough Football Club.

In spite of these testing times, we have not let uncertainty surrounding our league season prevent us from supporting our community.

Over 2 years ago, our supporters' trust started a foodbank scheme to help those most in need in the borough, but its importance has increased in light of the economic impacts of Covid-19.

Over the last few months, The Beavers Trust have been working with a number of local businesses including The Jolly Coopers, The Masons Arms, The Roebuck, and Teddington Lawn Tennis Club to provide much needed food to the Greenwood Community Centre, who distribute the supplies.

We have also been overwhelmed by the amazing support from individuals in the community, including Year 9 student – Fletcher - whose generous and proactive work in Twickenham has helped a number of vulnerable people in the area.

But the work doesn't stop there, in order to continue helping our community, we need to ensure full support behind the foodbank scheme is maintained.

If you are able to help by offering any spare food you might have, please kindly contact one of our incredible volunteers to arrange a safe collection (details below)

Alternatively, you can also make a donation online and we'll convert the cash into much needed goods

Anything you can give will make a huge difference. Thank you
