BREAKING: 19-year-old taken to hospital following suspected grievous bodily harm assault in Teddington

A 19-year-old man has been taken to hospital with arm injuries following an assault in the Church Road area last night, 16 December.

Police were called at 10:18pm to a report of a man assaulted in the area.

Officers from the Met's South West BCU attended and following enquiries arrested three males on suspicion of grievous bodily harm.

All have been taken into police custody and the case is active.

Officers declared Teddington Cemetery a crime scene while they investigated the area.

Public access was restored at approximately 9:50am this morning (17 December).

Teddington's Criminal Investigation Department (CID) is investigating the offence.
