The beloved Teddington Arms reopened its doors last Friday following a three-week refurbishment which has transformed its interior into a traditional yet modern pub space, with the addition of new food and drink menus.

Residents were initially fearful the high-street favourite would be closing its doors for good following a sudden announcement earlier this month (October 1),however, it was swiftly announced shortly after that the premises would be taken over by pub retailer and brewer, Greene King.

Located on the High Street in the heart of Teddington, the pub is well-established as a popular dining and drinking spot for locals, commuters, and tourists alike thanks to its warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Following its three-week revamp,  the Teddington Arms is now open again and its new look features updated seating areas, a brand-new bar area which has been finished with traditional brass fonts and an updated back bar which will play host to a wide range of spirits.

Teddingtom Arms will offer customers up to 12 beers on tap at any one time.

With enough seating for up to 100 guests, the pub welcomes large get togethers for after-work drinks with colleagues or catch ups with family and friends – it's also dog friendly so the perfect place to take your four-legged companions.

Fresh from its revamp, the pub boasts a coasy interior with updated seating areas.

As part of its new look, guests will also be able to enjoy a new food menu, which has been completely updated to offer a range of pub classics such as Steak & Ale Pie and Beer Battered Cod and Chips, as well as sharing dishes including Crispy Squid and Battered Halloumi which are perfect for enjoying with friends.

Lee Russell, General Manager of Teddington Arms, said: "The Teddington Arms is staple part of Richmond life and it's great to see it get a new lease of life following our refurbishment, which will make it feel like a home from home for our customers.

"After three weeks of being closed, myself and the team cannot wait to welcome old and new customers back and I'm sure they will love our new look."

The pub will also be introducing new entertainment including live music with a jam-packed calendar planned for the winter months and beyond.
