Police have released an appeal to identify a man who stole a pupil's bike from a school in Teddington.

The thief took the bike from racks outside Turing House school at around midday yesterday.

Teddington Neighbourhood Policing Team today released photos of the man caught on CCTV cameras and are asking anyone who can identify him to get in touch.

On Twitter the Policing Team said: "We would like your help in identifying the male in these pics taking a pupils cycle from Turing House School, Teddington yesterday.

"He was wearing a very distinctive black hoodie with white cross arrows on the back.

"Please DM any responses."
