"It means the world to me:" Brentford manager's message to young Teddington fan after they share special moment

Brentford manager Thomas Frank has sent a message to young Teddington fan Woody O'Rourke after an image of the pair embracing went viral last weekend.

The photo of Woody, 8 and Frank celebrating after Brentford won their game against Arsenal gained over 100,000 likes on Twitter and and a video of the two now has more than 8 million views.

Now in a special segment for Sky Sports Frank has sent Woody a personal message thanking the Bees super-fan, who has Down Syndrome, for his support.

In the video, available on YouTube, Frank said: "Hi Woody, thank you so much for your support, it means the world to me, to us, to Brentford that you support us and cheer us on.

"It was fantastic to see you on Friday night and we will do everything we can to continue this journey together."
