Some of the UK's brightest comedy stars are performing in Teddington this week at our local Landmark Arts Centre.

Rising stand-ups who you may have seen on TV will be taking the Landmark's stage for another night of live comedy on Thursday 7 October.

Headlining the evening is Lauren Pattison, a "feisty" comic who was nominated for the Best Newcomer award at Edinburgh in 2017 - her debut performance was filmed as the show Lady Muck and can be watched on Amazon Prime.

Pattison is supported by Chloe Petts of Jonathan Ross' Comedy Club and Julian Deane, who hosts the podcast Two Vegan Idiots.

The trio are all represented by Avalon Productions, best known as the brains behind TV smash-hit Taskmaster.

Tickets are just £15, discounted to £13 for Landmark members.

Doors and the bar open at 7pm and the show starts at 8pm.

It will be the second show in the Landmark Arts Centre's new comedy series taking place this autumn.

The beloved community arts centre told Nub News, the Teddington community rallied around the Landmark, raising an incredible £75,000 to keep the centre going.

And it is thanks to the generosity of the supporters that comedy nights like this are made possible.

Check out the full diary of Landmark events on the centre's website.
