Sir Mo Farah was spotted training in Bushy Park this morning.

The four-time Olympic Gold Medal winner lives in the area and is currently eyeing up a return to the track.

Earlier this month Sir Mo set the men's all-time record for the one hour run at the 2020 Diamond League meeting in Brussels, Belgium, covering 21,330 metres (13.25 miles), breaking Haile Gebrselassie's record of 21,285 metres set at Ostrava, Czech Republic on 27 June, 2007.

The long-distance champion trained at St Mary's University Twickenham between 2001-2011.

Our resident photographer Sue Lindenberg took this photo of him when she was in the park this morning.

Sue told us that she had to cycle like mad to get ahead of him.
