Popular Teddington restaurant and café Sidra is set to offer support for children in the area.

Earlier this week the government controversially voted to stop free school lunches over half-term for vulnerable children.

This has attracted much public outcry, including from Manchester United and England footballer Marcus Rashford.

Sidra is offering a free tea and croissant between 8-10am until November 2nd to families affected by this decision.

The Lebanese eatery is located on Church Road and won Nub News' prestigious World Cup of Hospitality back in August.
