Teddington High Street's Shambles restaurant has sent a huge thanks to customers for stopping by and supporting them.

The Italian restaurant, bar and garden is serving freshly cooked pasta for a takeaway lunch and is accepting walk-in diners.

In a message to customers it wrote:

It has been so lovely to see so many old and new friends over the past few days.

It is utterly overwhelming to see such love and support for our family restaurant – thank you so much to you all for buying in to our new safety procedures, it really has helped us protect you all.

We have now taken onboard a QR code, which helps the 'Track & Trace' process, so this means we can accept walk-ins and bookings are not essential anymore, although they are recommended.

As we adapt to life after lockdown, we do understand that some people are not quite yet ready to return to eating out. So we are continuing with our 'Pop Up Shop'. Please place your orders via email.

Also, we're keeping open our 'front window' for lunch take-aways, now offering freshly cooked pasta with a variety of sauces from £6.95, available between 12.00-15.00, Tuesday-Saturday.
