Salary & Earnings:

Basic Salary: 20,000 to 24,000On Target Earnings (OTE) 45,000+.paid on renewals

Saturdays: Hardly any required

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the lettings process
• Arrange and conduct property viewings
• Showcase properties effectively to prospective tenants
• Negotiate rental terms between landlords and tenants
• Strive for the best possible outcome for all parties
• Stay updated with local rental market trends

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE

• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Outstanding customer service skills with a client-focused approach
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Good organisational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of the local rental market (an advantage)
• A valid UK driving license and own vehicle
