The Role

The Head Racquets Professional In conjunction with the Club GM & Leisure Operations Manager, will develop and implement the annual racquets strategy aligned with club objectives.

The role will prioritise strategic oversight, coaching quality, adult programme development and member engagement. Operational delivery and day-to-day administration will be delegated to the Racquets Administrator, Head of Junior Racquets Programme and coaching team where appropriate.

The postholder will focus on adult racquets participation, coaching standards, financial performance, facility management, and the continued growth of racquet sports within the club.
