Lead end-to-end delivery of business systems and SaaS implementation projects. Take ownership of the HRIS implementation programme. Manage multiple workstreams across a wider transformation portfolio. Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, status reports and Statements of Work. Manage project budgets, timelines, resources and dependencies. Coordinate internal stakeholders, subject matter experts and third-party suppliers. Identify and manage project risks, issues and delivery blockers. Provide clear project updates to senior stakeholders and governance groups. Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timescales, budgets and quality expectations. Manage successful transition of new systems and processes into BAU. Support improvements to project delivery processes and governance.
