The Role

We are looking for a qualified Nursery Teacher / Montessori Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly, professional team. The successful candidate will plan, prepare, and deliver inspiring Montessori and EYFS-based activities that meet each child's individual needs and promote independence, confidence, and a lifelong love of learning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver Montessori and EYFS learning experiences for children aged 0-5.
  • Observe and assess each child's progress, maintaining learning records.
  • Ensure a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Support children's personal care and independence.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues to ensure continuity of care.

Requirements

  • Level 2 or above Early Years qualification (Level 3 preferred).
  • Montessori qualification (essential).
  • Experience in a Montessori or early years nursery setting.
  • Good understanding of the EYFS, safeguarding, and child development.
  • Valid Paediatric First Aid certificate.
