You can join me from the warmth and comfort of your own home to spend 2 hours wrapped in a blanket (optional!), honouring this time of pause and treating yourself to a moment of deep rest and rejuvenation with yin yoga poses, mindful breathing and relaxation. You will leave this practice feeling rested, revived and at ease.
