Yin yoga is a predominantly seated and supine yoga practice which targets your deep connective tissues. It is slower paced and more meditative which gives you time and space to turn inwards and tune into yourself.

Poses are held for a longer period of time giving the tissues time to release and energy to move more freely. Our focus is on the breath and bodily sensations.

Yin yoga is suitable to all ages and level of experience. If you are looking for a good night's sleep, to reduce stress, to improve your flexibility, or to improve your circulation, then look no further. Bedtime Yin is like a soothing bedtime story for the adult body and mind.
