Michelle Hart Yoga

I offer weekly classes teaching mindful flow yoga and yin yoga to groups, individuals, businesses and schools.
My classes aim to bring my participants in touch with their body and their breath, helping them to de-stress, ground and honour themselves.
All classes are currently online but hopefully in person classes in Teddington and Hampton will also resume in September.
